The new restaurant is located at 601 N. Primrose Dr., features one of the largest smokers
in Orlando. In addition to serving all of the current favorite menu items, including boards of
pulled chicken, chopped USDA Prime brisket and brown butter-braised turkey breast, the eatery
also offers a newly expanded menu that will include more side dishes and vegetarian options.

 

There is also a full bar at the location, offering specialty cocktails crafted to perfectly pair with
your favorite Smoke &Donuts dish.

MENU

Feast on low-and-slow smokehouse USDA Prime Brisket, Carolina pulled pork, brown-butter turkey breast, and Bama/Carolina pulled chicken, served as platters and sandwiches with a variety of scratch-made sides.

 

True to its namesake, Smoke & Donuts® features made-to-order cake donuts in tempting flavor combinations like our famous Lou Donut topped with brisket burnt ends, or customize your own!

Recognized by USA Today among the top ten barbecue restaurants in Orlando, Smoke & Donuts® is owned and operated by Ian Russell, a classically trained chef, High-Honors graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (C.I.A.) in Hyde Park, New York. Established by Ian and his wife Juliana in 2016, Smoke & Donuts began as a

pop-up restaurant. The pop-up then evolved into a food truck with a full BBQ catering kitchen and smokehouse. Voted one of the "Top 3 Food Trucks," it gained popularity roaming around Central Florida before setting up residency at À La Cart. In 2022 Smoke & Donuts will open its brick-and-mortar restaurant in The Milk District. And, there are more exciting things to come...
